Eleven18, Latin Tapas Bar: A Culinary Journey Through Latin Flavor

Top tier dining experience. I have zero complaints. This is my 2nd time in two weeks. Great vibes, excellent service, and amazing food and drinks . Must get the paella, the octopus and the potatoes. Oh and Espresso martini. Also Ashton was a fantastic, he took Great care of us. Highly recommend to all foodies.

Without a doubt one of my favorite new places in the springs. It’s hard to find elevated food that isn’t overpriced or lackluster but this place is the real deal while still maintaining an egoless environment. Not only is chef Beto a genuine down to earth guy, the man knows what he’s doing. Anthony working the bar was easy to talk to and a great bartender. From a local that’s tired of most of the food in town, do yourself a favor and check this spot out.

My husband and I went here for our one-year wedding anniversary and were offered a complimentary glass of champagne each when we sat down, which was such a lovely, generous touch! Our servers were helpful and friendly and the food was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the empanadas and the grilled octopus, and would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent tapas, cool atmosphere, and friendly staff.

Went here with my mom and my sister. We ordered puffy tacos (so tiny omg, and very little flavor), citrus Chipotle's pork ribs which I really liked (4 on the plate), patatas bravas (which they can pan fry rather than use the fryer), and the Esquites (street corn salad). Overall ok though nothing to write home about. There is NOT a dedicated GF fryer though GF items are marked nicely in the menu.

Unfortunately, I just really did not like the food here! The service was pretty good and the vibes are neat inside the restaurant and at the bar area, but my friends and I ordered 6+ dishes and drinks and the food was just not good. Everything was dry and over baked, the chocolate cake had caramel corn on it, which could have been fun but I personally thought it didn’t make sense. I did like the cactus sorbet, though and my mixed drink wasn’t bad and came in a fun cup. Overall, expensive and just not that great.

Hubby and I did a wine pairing cooking class on 2/5/25. One of the best experiences we have had on a dinner date. Fantastic instruction by Chef Brother Luck, food was outstanding! Exceptional service and the atmosphere was perfect with one exception, there was a group of people that were a little loud. Love the decor, the vibe, the music. Definitely my new fav place. I stole pics…. lol. If you have not been here you are missing out! And you HAVE to do the cooking class.

Everything was delicious! We did the Siesta experience, added chicarrones & bone marrow. All of it was to die for!
